What is VAT relief?
VAT relief means eligible customers can buy qualifying goods without VAT, when they are for their personal or domestic use. Both the person and the product must qualify.
Who can qualify?
You may qualify if you have a physical or mental impairment that has a long-term, substantial effect on everyday activities, a condition treated as a chronic sickness, or a terminal illness.
Age alone or a temporary injury does not qualify. You will need to confirm your eligibility in a written declaration.
Which products qualify?
Relief applies to qualifying specialist adjustable beds designed for disabled people. Browse our VAT relief eligible beds, or ask our team about a particular model.
Standalone mattresses and general accessories are not automatically included in our eligible-bed collection. Please check the treatment of each item before ordering.
How to claim
- Choose your bed. Check that your selected model qualifies.
- Complete your declaration. Confirm who the bed is for, the qualifying condition and personal or domestic use.
- Check your order total. Make sure the qualifying goods are shown without VAT before paying. If the total has not changed, contact us before completing the purchase.
