Delivery Information
No Fuss Delivery
At Pro-Motion Beds, we provide both free and paid delivery options, depending on the product. To view the delivery fee, simply add your chosen item to the basket. We aim to deliver all items together whenever possible. However, some products may be dispatched from different locations and could arrive on separate days with your consent.
We deliver across the UK using our own vehicles and trusted couriers. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, and Europe may incur additional charges. For these locations, please contact us for an accurate delivery quote.
Longer Lead Times
For items with extended lead times, we will arrange delivery dates over the phone. Most furniture items are typically delivered within 2 weeks. You will receive a text message and an email confirming your delivery date and time. On the day of delivery, our drivers will call you 30-60 minutes before arrival. Please note that standard free delivery is to the doorstep only.
Deliveries & Communication
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details. For next-day delivery items, we will contact you the next working day to arrange delivery. Most in-stock products are delivered within 5 working days. We will keep you informed on orders with longer lead times or out-of-stock items. All lead times are displayed on the product page.
Order Amendments
Orders can be amended before dispatch by emailing us at info@pro-motionbeds.co.uk. For made-to-order items, changes can only be made before production starts, typically within 5 working days. Delivery addresses can be changed up to 24 hours before the delivery date.
